Stewed mussels in spicy vegetable stock served on lettuce

Ingredients
Mussels
500 g (without shells)
Clear vegetable soup
400-500 ml
Chili peppers
1 pc
Parsley
2-3 sprigs
Coriander
2-3 sprigs
Allspice
2-3 corns
Bay leaf
1 pc
Olive oil
Juice of ¼ lemon
Salt, pepper

Add cut in half chili pepper without seeds and partitions, finely chopped parsley, all spice and bay leaf to the boiling clear vegetable soup. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add mussels and boil under closed lid for 4-5 minutes. Pour several table spoons of oil and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Fold the mussels onto a sieve. Spray with olive oil mixed with lemon juice. Cool a little for 5 minutes.

Place them on the salad leaves. Salt and pepper. Serve it warm.
