Dice the cucumber. Cut herring into small pieces. Cut red onion into slices.
Pour green peas into boiling water. To salt. Then put in a container with ice water.
Set a set of vegetables for the Belaya Dacha vinaigrette in a deep plate. Add chopped cucumber, capers and green peas. Salt and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Add unrefined sunflower oil.
Lay out the leaves spinach "Belaya Dacha" on a dish. Lay the vinaigrette on top using a cylindrical shape. Garnish with onion rings and pieces of herring.
